FDA Disclosure
Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. Use our products only as directed on their labels. They should not be used if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. A doctor’s advice should be sought before using these and any supplemental dietary products. No statements regarding our products on this website have been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Medical Claims Disclosure
Many organizations, both private and public, are researching CBD and hemp products to validate or refute health, medical, and disease claims. Iconic Exotic and its representatives do not take a position on the potential health, medical, or disease claims made by any party. Due to the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) guidelines, we cannot specifically state conditions CBD may address.
Iconic Exotic will never claim that any of its products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consumers must perform their own research and draw their own conclusions. Occasionally, Iconic Exotic will allow consumers, subscribers, content writers, and other third parties to share product reviews, blog articles, and testimonials on our website. Iconic Exotic does not endorse the findings, comments, reviews, or statements regarding any of our products, CBD, or hemp products as they relate to any disease claims made within shared content. Summaries of scholarly articles, journals, and studies about the ingredients of our products, health issues, CBD, and hemp will be shared to help consumers make informed decisions. Credit for these scholarly articles, journals, and studies will go to their original authors. Iconic Exotic urges its consumers, subscribers, and readers to conduct their own research and not to interpret any health, medical, or disease-based content as violating the DSHEA mandate.
THC Disclosure
Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC by volume, typically around 0.1%. We are constantly improving our extraction methods to reduce THC content to zero while remaining 100% organic. Due to their exceedingly low THC volume, our products are non-psychoactive. All our products’ THC levels are within the legal limits for hemp-derived CBD and hemp products. Please check your state’s laws before ordering.
CBD Legal Status Notice
Our products contain CBD (cannabidiol), an extract derived from the hemp plant. CBD and extracts from industrial hemp are legal in all of Canada and the United States. We do not sell, nor plan to sell, any non-industrial hemp-derived products. We constantly monitor the legal status of CBD and hemp products and will post updates on our blog to keep customers informed. However, it is the consumer’s responsibility to know their state laws, not Iconic Exotic’s.
Drug Testing Disclosure
While drug tests do not specifically look for CBD (cannabidiol), trace amounts of THC in our products may result in a positive THC test. We advise anyone who undergoes regular drug tests to consult their employer before using our products.
Legal Notice to Customers
During checkout, you assume all responsibility for the product and hold Iconic Exotic (www.iconicexotic.com) exempt from legal responsibility for your actions. All terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. By purchasing, you consent to personal jurisdiction by the State of North Carolina in the event of any dispute. Both parties agree that any disputes arising from these terms of sale or return policy will be handled in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.
