During new releases or holiday events, please allow 1-4 business days for order processing.
Orders are shipped via priority mail unless stated otherwise.
Orders placed on Friday or a U.S. holiday will be processed on the next business day.

We recommend insuring your package with our Route protection services. If you do not choose this option, please note that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Before Shipping: Orders canceled prior to shipping will be refunded the full cost of the order minus a 5% transaction processing fee to cover merchant charges.
After Shipping but Before Delivery: Orders canceled after shipping but before delivery will be refunded the full cost minus the shipping charge and a 5% return fee.

We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.

USPS offers some insurance on packages, and we will reimburse you for any loss if a claim is successful.
